We spent four wonderful days at Maria's house. The house is nicely located, spacious and well equipped. It is simple and aesthetically pleasing. Communication with Maria and Nick was very friendly and accommodating. The check-in and check-out with the property manager Eleni was straightforward and we were especially pleased with the flexible times for arrival and departure. We will be happy to come back!
Source: AirbnbWe really enjoyed our stay on Agistri in Maria's wonderful house. The house is super central in the small village of Megalochori. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes, and the bakery and the store are also within a few minutes' walk. Everything in the house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the view from the upper terrace is beautiful. We were there in May. Everything was quiet and relaxed. We were perfectly able to explore the island and the secluded beaches from Maria's house. We will definitely come back again.

Terms
A booking is confirmed only after the required guest information is provided, the terms are accepted, and the required payment is received. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 30% deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due before arrival.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible only with prior written approval and is not guaranteed.
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests unless otherwise approved in writing. Parties, events, indoor smoking, and disruptive gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing before final booking confirmation. Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in, no-shows, and early departures may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by the host.
Any cleaning fee, climate resilience fee, environmental fee, or legally required accommodation-related tax or charge will be disclosed before final booking confirmation. The property is registered in the Greek Short-Term Rental Registry under AMA: 00003554281.
A refundable damage deposit, security authorization, or written damage responsibility agreement may be required. If a deposit is required, the amount, payment method, and refund timeline will be communicated before confirmation. Deposits are typically refunded within 7–14 days after check-out, subject to satisfactory inspection.
Guests are liable only to the extent that damage, loss, excessive cleaning, missing items, lost keys, stains, or rule violations are caused by their negligence, misuse, or breach of the terms.
Wi‑Fi, TV, and other services are provided when available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. The host, property manager, or authorized technician may access the property for urgent repairs, safety issues, or maintenance. Guests remain responsible for reasonable care of their personal safety and belongings.
Guest personal data is collected and processed only for booking, legal, tax, and communication purposes in accordance with applicable EU data protection laws. These terms are governed by Greek law, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
